Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor I (Temporary) to manage agents in a contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
  • Monitor agent performance and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings
  • Take escalated calls and troubleshoot technical issues for agents
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience supervising staff with proven results
  • Preferred 5 years of contact center experience
  • Experience managing a team remotely is preferred
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
