Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor I (Temporary) to manage agents in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
- Monitor agent performance and conduct weekly one-on-one meetings
- Take escalated calls and troubleshoot technical issues for agents
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience supervising staff with proven results
- Preferred 5 years of contact center experience
- Experience managing a team remotely is preferred
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
