Job Summary
To support effective recruitment strategies, the remote Temporary Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide consultative support to hiring managers, focusing on staffing needs, sourcing strategies, and offer negotiations in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the recruitment process, including passive outreach and candidate offer negotiations
- Advise on best practices for recruitment to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Required qualifications
- 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
