Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant for a temporary position.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand position requirements and support hiring plans
- Manage portions of the recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level roles
- Develop candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and process transparency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience
- Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to ATS systems (Workday preferred)
