Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant for a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to understand position requirements and support hiring plans
  • Manage portions of the recruitment lifecycle for entry to mid-level roles
  • Develop candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience through communication and process transparency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition coordination experience
  • Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to ATS systems (Workday preferred)
