Job Summary
Collaborating with technology hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant will deliver recruitment expertise for technology positions, focusing on candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that meet talent needs
- Manage the full range of talent acquisition functions, including creating job postings and developing talent pipelines
- Coach hiring leaders on effective recruitment processes and candidate evaluation tools to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Five years of relevant experience in technology recruiting
- Experience in an insurance, banking, or financial institution preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Broad understanding of recruitment tools and social networking
