Collaborating with technology hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant will deliver recruitment expertise for technology positions, focusing on candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that meet talent needs
  • Manage the full range of talent acquisition functions, including creating job postings and developing talent pipelines
  • Coach hiring leaders on effective recruitment processes and candidate evaluation tools to ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Five years of relevant experience in technology recruiting
  • Experience in an insurance, banking, or financial institution preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Broad understanding of recruitment tools and social networking
