Job Summary
Supporting high-volume hiring within financial services teams, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant will collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned to business goals
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Build diverse talent pipelines through job postings, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles
- Experience partnering with business leaders on talent strategies
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
