Job Summary

Supporting high-volume hiring within financial services teams, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant will collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while building diverse talent pipelines remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
