Job Summary

Focused on supporting Tech, Product, and Creative functions, the Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage high-volume interview scheduling, candidate communications, and sourcing campaigns while working remotely on a full-time basis for a duration of 3 months.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling for a high-volume Tech TA portfolio, navigating complex calendars and competing priorities
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the interview lifecycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with Tech TA recruiters to execute active sourcing campaigns, including building Boolean search strings and engaging passive candidates
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or talent operations role with high-volume scheduling experience
  • 1+ years of active sourcing experience, including building Boolean searches and using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse, including requisition management and candidate tracking
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder calendars and provide creative scheduling solutions
  • A genuine passion for candidate experience and a commitment to operational excellence
