Job Summary
Driving hiring results in a fast-paced environment, the Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite property management operations and corporate functions while working remotely in the Central or Eastern time zones during a temporary assignment from August 2026 through January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Train and advise hiring managers on best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategies
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform talent initiatives and support diversity recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience supporting multi-site or property management hiring strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
