Job Summary

Driving hiring results in a fast-paced environment, the Temporary Talent Acquisition Manager will manage full-cycle recruiting for onsite property management operations and corporate functions while working remotely in the Central or Eastern time zones during a temporary assignment from August 2026 through January 2027.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Train and advise hiring managers on best practices, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategies
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform talent initiatives and support diversity recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting multi-site or property management hiring strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
