Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor, the part-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business objectives, and enhance the candidate experience while working remotely for a duration of 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to create job postings and develop sourcing strategies for top-tier candidates
- Utilize data analytics and advanced sourcing techniques to build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or complex organizations
- Expertise in consultative recruiting and influencing hiring teams to adopt best practices
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven recruitment tools
- Experience working with executive leadership on high-impact hiring strategies
- Strong understanding of compliance and hiring regulations to mitigate risk
