Job Summary

Seeking a bilingual and results-driven Associate Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month temporary remote role, this position will support full-cycle recruiting for two pet food manufacturing plants, focusing on identifying and attracting quality talent for both hourly and salaried positions.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting by understanding workforce needs and staffing priorities for two manufacturing facilities
• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruiting updates and market insights, facilitating informed hiring decisions
• Source and engage candidates through various platforms while managing the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
