Key responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job postings and develop sourcing strategies
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize hiring strategies and improve overall talent acquisition performance
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or complex organizations
  • Expertise in consultative recruiting and influencing hiring teams
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven tools
  • Experience working with executive leadership on high-impact hiring strategies
  • Deep knowledge of compliance and hiring regulations to ensure best practices
