Job Summary
To support high-impact hiring initiatives across multiple business units, the part-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and utilize innovative sourcing methods while working remotely for a duration of six months.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to create job postings and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize data analytics to optimize hiring strategies and improve overall talent acquisition performance
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or complex organizations
- Expertise in consultative recruiting and influencing hiring teams
- Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven tools
- Experience working with executive leadership on high-impact hiring strategies
- Deep knowledge of compliance and hiring regulations to ensure best practices
