Job Summary
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will attract, hire, and retain top talent while working remotely until January 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations
- Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting strategies and serve as a trusted recruitment advisor
- Maintain recruitment data and reporting through the ATS, ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 2+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent experience with an Associate's or High School diploma
- Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (UKG or similar)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
