Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing dental practice, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner will engage in recruiting diverse talent, partner with hiring leaders to align strategies with business goals, and ensure a superior candidate experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Completes performance-based hiring training and applies knowledge to the recruiting process
• Builds consultative relationships with operations leaders to maintain healthy candidate pipelines
• Delivers a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process and ensures attainment of hiring goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
• Preferred experience in dental recruiting or healthcare recruitment
• Experience leveraging data insights to inform recruiting strategy
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems for maintaining candidate workflows
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for difficult-to-fill markets
