Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP TA Specialist who will support the recruitment process and ensure a positive experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants and candidates during the recruitment process
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify suitable candidates
  • Manage the pre-employment process, ensuring all requirements are completed efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of directly related HR experience, including hands-on recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent work experience (3 years in administrative/Human Resources/recruiting may substitute for a degree)
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
