Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and develop candidate pipelines while working in a hybrid arrangement of four days remote and one day onsite in San Diego.

Key responsibilities

• Manage open requisitions from intake through hire, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance on candidate selection
• Source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines using various channels

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday preferred
• Familiarity with various recruitment channels, including social media and job boards
