Job Summary
To support a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and develop candidate pipelines while working in a hybrid arrangement of four days remote and one day onsite in San Diego.
Key responsibilities
- Manage open requisitions from intake through hire, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance on candidate selection
- Source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines using various channels
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
- Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday preferred
- Familiarity with various recruitment channels, including social media and job boards
