Job Summary
To support the recruitment process, the remote Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage applicant interactions, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and oversee pre-employment requirements in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for applicants, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
- Manage the pre-employment process, ensuring all requirements are completed efficiently
Required qualifications
- 2 years of directly related HR experience, including hands-on recruiting
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
