Job Summary

To support the recruitment process, the remote Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage applicant interactions, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and oversee pre-employment requirements in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for applicants, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates
• Manage the pre-employment process, ensuring all requirements are completed efficiently

Required qualifications

• 2 years of directly related HR experience, including hands-on recruiting
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience managing projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
