Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and develop candidate pipelines while working four days remotely and one day onsite in either San Diego, CA, or Irving, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Manage open requisitions from intake through hire, including screening resumes and coordinating interviews
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance on candidate selection
• Source passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines through various channels

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
• Extensive experience in sourcing candidates through social media and professional networks
