Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, the full-time Temporary Talent Sourcing Partner will proactively identify and engage specialized talent for critical roles within the biotechnology and life sciences sectors, working remotely to build strong talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for specialized and hard-to-fill roles
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent pools and sources of expertise

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with expertise in proactive candidate engagement
• Experience in developing talent pipelines for specialized and technical positions
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Experience in conducting talent mapping and researching relevant talent markets
