Temporary Tax Director, Massachusetts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Tax Director, Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes
• Manage deferred taxes and ensure compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations
• Collaborate with finance teams to prepare and file income tax returns and maintain transfer pricing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Tax or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. and international income tax
• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 and tax compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and tax compliance tools
