Temporary Tax Services Manager

Job Summary

Leading a large team of remote tax professionals, the Temporary Tax Services Manager will oversee daily tax operations, drive team performance to meet KPI targets, and develop systems for efficiency in a fully remote, seasonal position from September 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a remote team delivering high-quality tax preparation and consultations to clients
• Oversee daily operations, including capacity management, productivity, and customer escalations
• Drive team performance to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets for customer satisfaction and service quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing or operations teams in a fast-paced environment
• Active EA or CPA credential and tax preparation experience are a plus
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve KPI targets
• Strong technical aptitude for identifying and explaining product issues
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours during peak tax season
