Job Summary
Temporary Team Lead, responsible for motivating a remote team to meet performance goals while managing various administrative tasks, this position is full-time and hourly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, including monitoring attendance and processing payroll
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the team, celebrating successes and addressing challenges
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience
