Job Summary

Motivating and mentoring a team, the Temporary Team Lead will work remotely in the United States, ensuring associates meet performance goals, resolving escalated customer issues, and managing administrative tasks while providing coaching and support.

• Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while addressing employee-related issues
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, including monitoring attendance and processing payroll
