Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader (Temporary) RCC Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring performance aligns with company standards
• Coach, motivate, and appraise team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain compliance with client service agreements and recommend operational improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to work in a 24x7 environment, including nights and weekends
• Good attendance record and performance metrics over the past 90 days
• Ability to adapt to changes and effectively manage time and tasks
