Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader (Temporary) RCC Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring performance meets or exceeds KPIs
- Coach, counsel, and motivate team members while enforcing organizational policies and procedures
- Monitor staff performance and recommend operational improvements to enhance agent productivity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
- Familiarity with contact center tools, systems, and methodologies
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends
- Good attendance record and performance metrics, including QA scores and KPI achievements
