Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Leader (Temporary) RCC Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a team, ensuring performance meets or exceeds KPIs
  • Coach, counsel, and motivate team members while enforcing organizational policies and procedures
  • Monitor staff performance and recommend operational improvements to enhance agent productivity
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role
  • Familiarity with contact center tools, systems, and methodologies
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Good attendance record and performance metrics, including QA scores and KPI achievements
