Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temp Technical Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, manage candidate experiences, and negotiate offers
  • Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with a focus on technical recruiting
  • Experience in a growing company recruiting for various technical roles
  • Proven recruiting success, preferably in-house or agency experience
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse
  • Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and unique strategies to build talent pipelines
