Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Technology Transactions Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise guidance documents for internal legal teams regarding AI contracting
• Develop playbooks with form T&Cs for contracts with AI vendors and customers purchasing AI-based products
• Review and negotiate contracts related to AI, including AI-focused contract addenda

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of law firm experience in tech transactions, with at least 4 years at a top law firm
• Demonstrated experience in AI-related contract negotiations
• Admitted to practice in any US jurisdiction
• Ability to start on or around September 29, 2025, for an anticipated duration of 3 months
• Flexibility to work in Purchase, NY, or remotely in the US (preferably East Coast time zone)
