Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Technology Transactions Attorney to join their AI & Data Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and revise guidance documents for AI contracting
- Develop playbooks with form T&Cs for contracts with AI vendors and customers
- Review and negotiate contracts related to AI, including contract addenda
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of law firm experience in tech transactions
- At least 4 years of experience at a top law firm
- Demonstrated experience in AI-related contract negotiations
- Admitted to practice in any US jurisdiction
- Ability to start on or around September 29, 2025, for a duration of 3 months
