Temporary Trainer

Job Summary

Supporting new hires in a remote training environment, the Temporary Trainer will engage and mentor employees on company values, client products, and procedures while ensuring their successful onboarding and attendance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate learners to achieve training goals
• Mentor new hires within established training timelines
• Deliver high-quality training on client products and procedures

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of training and adult learning or call center experience
• Experience in team building and fostering an inclusive learning environment
• Ability to engage and support trainees with tools and systems knowledge
• Proficient in computer use
