Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Training Manager to design, coordinate, and deliver member-facing trainings for volunteers supporting election programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the 2026 electoral and skill-building training programs, including facilitating cross-org project meetings
  • Identify training needs, develop objectives, create content, and facilitate training programs in collaboration with various teams
  • Maintain a catalogue of resources and trainings, conduct needs assessments, and report on programming metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in designing and implementing equitable and accessible training programs, preferably in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience implementing and facilitating in-person and remote learning experiences
  • Experience conducting needs assessments and translating findings into effective programs or resources
  • Strong project management skills
  • Outstanding cross-collaboration skills
