Tennessee Bilingual Client Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Experience Associate in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Handle inbound calls and forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
• Work from a computer for 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Dependable and punctual in attendance
• Above-average computer skills, including typing
• Willingness to complete an introductory learning and development phase
