Job Summary

Supporting HSN, the full-time Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Specialist will assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers by managing high volumes of inbound inquiries, problem-solving, and promoting products while working remotely from Tennessee.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales opportunities
  • Assist customers with various account-related tasks, including refunds, payments, and order placements
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 months of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
  • Must reside in Tennessee and provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Proficient in both Spanish and English communication styles
