Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Senior Outreach Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to assist individuals in applying for Social Security Disability benefits
• Evaluate eligibility for benefits by asking questions and explaining regulations in an understandable manner
• Gather personal and financial information to assist with the initial submission of disability applications while ensuring data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-touch customer service or call center environment
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong phone communication skills
• Experience working remotely in a private, quiet office space
• Strong data entry skills and comfort with contact center software
• Ability to manage difficult conversations and think critically to find solutions
