Job Summary

Supporting customers through inbound calls, the full-time Tennessee Call Center Representative will address unique needs, set up new claim reports, and offer additional products in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls to assist customers with their claims and service inquiries
  • Demonstrate empathy and support to customers recently involved in accidents
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to effectively service customer needs and offer additional products
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Access to a designated workspace free from noise and distractions
  • High-speed internet connection and a wired computer setup
