Tennessee Certified Pharmacy Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Senior Care Outreach and Retention team, the full-time remote Tennessee Certified Pharmacy Specialist will assist members with medication adherence and healthcare navigation through inbound and outbound phone interactions, while also documenting member interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing and maintaining pharmacy information for internal and external customers
• Conducting outbound educational calls to promote medication adherence among members
• Motivating members to refill prescriptions and coordinating communication with providers and pharmacies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer service environment
• 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
