Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing, updating, maintaining, and monitoring pharmacy information for customers
- Conducting outbound educational calls regarding medication adherence
- Motivating members to refill prescriptions and coordinating communication with providers and pharmacies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of technical or operational experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
