Tennessee Certified Staff Appraiser

Job Summary

To support a growing appraisal team, the part-time Tennessee Certified Staff Appraiser will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews while working remotely and providing expertise in the Knoxville area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports and handle quality control escalations
• Assist on valuation projects and troubleshoot complex issues with field appraisers and lender clients

Required qualifications

• Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
• High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types, particularly in the Knoxville area
• Sufficient computer skills for developing appraisal reports and effective communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
