Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in transferring calls between patients, pharmacies, and doctors
  • Provide first-level support to customers via email and chat
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • At least a high school diploma
  • 6 months of experience in customer service via phone, email, or live chat
  • Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and frequently changing environment
