Job Summary
A company is looking for a TN One DHS Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with customer portal account creation and maintenance, and address inquiries regarding DHS Programs
- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails, and conduct outreach communications
- Document call information and encounters in call logs, and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with computers and software applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- At-home internet access sufficient for handling calls
