Job Summary

A company is looking for a TN One DHS Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with customer portal account creation and maintenance, and address inquiries regarding DHS Programs
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails, and conduct outreach communications
  • Document call information and encounters in call logs, and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency with computers and software applications
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • At-home internet access sufficient for handling calls
