Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the advocate for providers by resolving issues efficiently
  • Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while triaging contacts from healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday during specified hours
