Job Summary

Tennessee Customer Service Specialist, a full-time remote position, assists customers by answering inbound calls, problem-solving, promoting products, and managing a high volume of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and provide assistance
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions
  • Assist with order placements, refunds, and account data analysis
Required Qualifications
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Must provide a distraction-free work from home environment
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
