Job Summary
As a full-time remote Tennessee DHS Program Coordinator, the individual will manage program evaluation and coordination, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while developing and implementing program policies and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Writes, revises, and implements program policies, monitoring compliance and recommending corrective actions
- Evaluates contracts and budgetary items to ensure proper funding use and compliance
- Compiles and analyzes data to support leadership in strategic initiatives and improve service quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience in social services or related fields
- At least two years of experience in program policy development or federal program contract management
- Experience equivalent to one year as a DHS Program Specialist with the Tennessee Department of Human Services
- Graduate coursework in social services or related fields may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Completion of a criminal history disclosure form and fingerprint sample may be required
