Tennessee Employer Education Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an East TN Employer Education and Review Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local government employers participating in TCRS
• Educate and train employers on TCRS policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Analyze and resolve reporting errors while assisting employers during the monthly reporting cycle

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from a four-year college or university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable internet access for remote work
• Valid driver's license for travel within assigned territory
• Experience with payroll systems and retirement program administration
