Tennessee Employer Education Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a West TN Employer Education and Review Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with TCRS-participating local government employers
• Educate and train employers on TCRS policies, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Analyze and resolve employer reporting errors and ensure compliance with TCRS deadlines

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from a four-year college or university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Reliable internet access for remote work
• Valid driver's license for travel within the assigned territory
• Experience with payroll systems and record-keeping databases
