Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Assistance Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with customer portal account creation and maintenance, addressing inquiries regarding SNAP and Families First Programs
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while providing outstanding customer service
  • Document call information and encounters in call logs, and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong data entry skills and proficiency with computers, including MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Access to a quiet and private remote work location with sufficient internet access
