Job Summary
A company is looking for a Family Assistance Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with customer portal account creation and maintenance, addressing inquiries regarding SNAP and Families First Programs
- Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while conducting outreach communications
- Document call information accurately and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Proficiency with computers and common software applications
