Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Assistance Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance with customer portal account creation and maintenance, addressing inquiries regarding SNAP and Families First Programs
  • Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while conducting outreach communications
  • Document call information accurately and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficiency with computers and common software applications
