Tennessee Family Law Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Law Paralegal (Remote) to support a family law practice on a part-time, engagement basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, complaints, petitions, and responsive filings in divorce and family law matters
• Prepare and respond to written discovery and draft post-hearing orders based on attorney notes
• Organize digital case files, track deadlines, and maintain communication with the supervising attorney

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Tennessee family law experience preferred
• Deep familiarity with Tennessee family law procedures and court filings
• Experience with custody, child support, and alimony disputes is a plus
• Paralegal certificate preferred; familiarity with Tennessee Probate Code is a bonus
• Organized and able to manage multiple matters in a remote environment
