Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Excellence Representative (FINRA Licensed) to assist clients with their account-related needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients via inbound phone calls with a variety of financial inquiries, including account maintenance and issue resolution
  • Provide empathetic support and solutions while anticipating client needs and fostering trust
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance the client and crew experience through strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree
  • Strong sense of ownership for client outcomes and a proactive approach to client service
  • A desire for stability and a commitment to building a long-term career in client service
