Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk to provide technical support during the night shift for system applications and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for system applications and infrastructure during the night shift
- Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, escalating to application support teams as needed
- Assist with system enhancements, modernization efforts, and policy changes
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate ServiceNow knowledge
- Advanced Help Desk/Service Desk support experience
- Ability to take calls and triage issues efficiently
- Knowledgeable with intake and triage processes; CSA certification is a plus
- Previous tier 1 experience, IVR, and telephony experience preferred
