Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk to provide technical support during the night shift for system applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for system applications and infrastructure during the night shift
  • Troubleshoot and triage technical issues, escalating to application support teams as needed
  • Assist with system enhancements, modernization efforts, and policy changes
Required Qualifications
  • Intermediate ServiceNow knowledge
  • Advanced Help Desk/Service Desk support experience
  • Ability to take calls and triage issues efficiently
  • Knowledgeable with intake and triage processes; CSA certification is a plus
  • Previous tier 1 experience, IVR, and telephony experience preferred
