Tennessee HR Business Partner
Job Summary
Providing HR consultation and support, the full-time Regional HR Business Partner will partner with regional leadership to define and execute HR strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws while working remotely from the greater Chattanooga area with occasional in-person office visits.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership on operational and strategic HR initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and support talent management processes
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across various US time zones, primarily CST
