Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Small Group.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients within the assigned territory
Analyze business needs and adjust products and services accordingly
Maintain a comprehensive database of company products and ensure consistency with organizational policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
2 years of customer experience in group service and/or account management
Tennessee Health and Life Insurance License
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations
